EDITORIAL NOTE

This site was my first experience at blogging. It covered subjects such as KY politics, globalization, and world affairs. It eventually took on a more polemic tone than I preferred; a large part of why I took a long hiatus from blogging. I've aged a few years since this project so take what's written here in that light. A goal for my new blogging project is to avoid politics and focus more on issues. I also want to move away from my focus on Appalachian news and instead use my lifetime of experience in Eastern Ky as a way to relate to globalization.
